Q + A

What's the weather going to be like?

The average temperature in Bristol, ME for our dates is a high of 70º and a low of 53º. As the wedding ceremony is outdoors and right on the Atlantic Ocean, we recommend bringing a layer for the wedding ceremony to keep warm.

Where should we stay?

Our main events are located along the coast of southern Maine in Georgetown, Bristol, and Wiscasset. Staying anywhere between Brunswick and Damariscotta will put you in the right area to enjoy our weekend and all that Coastal Maine has to explore! See the Travel or Home pages for a link to a pre-loaded Google Map to our venues as reference.

Will we want a car?

Yes, drive up or rent a car! All our events are spread out and driving is the best way to enjoy Maine.

Where should we fly into?

The largest international airport is Logan International in Boston, a 2.5 hour drive from the wedding. Flights into Portland International Jetport in Portland, ME or Augusta regional airport in Augusta, ME are also convenient at a scenic one-hour drive from the wedding.

What should we do while we visit?

Maine has something for everyone to explore. We've made a list of some favorite things to do, from art museums and ice cream to lobsters and antiques on the "Things to Do" page above. We hope you'll find time to wander and fall in love with this corner of the world the way we have.

Will there be kids or pets?

We have opted for an adults-and-humans-only weekend, though you may briefly meet Bug, our pup, at the wedding ceremony (if he is a good boy). Thank you for your understanding.

We have other questions, concerns, etc. Who can we ask?

Please feel free to reach out directly to Christopher or Chris for any other information. We are happy to help as we are able.
